We have secured a limited number of rooms at the prestigious Brookstreet Hotel specifically for our conference attendees. To ensure your stay at the epicenter of the conference activity, we strongly encourage you to book your accommodation as early as possible. Remember, these rooms will be held until Friday, September 15th, 2023, and allocations are made on a 'first-come, first-serve' basis, underlining the importance of prompt reservation.

Our venue is serviced by Ottawa International Airport (YOW). Please note, the hotel does not provide shuttle service.
To reach the conference venue from the airport, head north on ON-417 W from Airport Pkwy/Route 79 N, Ottawa Regional Rd 16 W, and Ottawa Regional Rd 17. Continue on ON-417 W to March Rd/Ottawa Regional Rd 49, taking exit 138 from ON-147 W. Merge onto March Rd/Ottawa Regional Rd 49, turn right onto Solandt Rd, and left onto Legget Dr. Your destination will be on your right, an approximately 30-minute drive.
